The Franklin Group – The Franklin Journal and Livermore Falls Advertiser has an immediate opening for a full time reporter/photographer to cover hard news and features. Experience is preferred. Eight to 10 stories are expected per week and the reporter should be a self starter who is able to find his or her own stories, as well as complete assignments in a timely manner. Though these are weekly community newspapers, writing on hard deadline is required. The individual hired will be expected to become immersed in the communities they cover, form relationships and be diligent with accuracy and balance. This position is based out of our Farmington office and covers our Franklin County territory.
