N2 Communications, which provides top editorial talent to high-end clients, seeks a part-time Production Lead to join its team. The hire will work in house with an industry-leading client that publishes economic research and analysis daily. The client is based in southwestern Connecticut.
The position requires the ability to manage and coordinate multiple production-related workflows simultaneously. Ideally, you have experience as an editor, producer, or communications manager (prior work in finance is not required). While this is a part-time position, the job pays better than most full-time communications roles, and it offers the opportunity to work with our growing client base. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be comfortable solving problems under pressure to meet the high demands of our client. The typical shift runs from the late morning to late evening, with weekend and holiday work shared among a team of part-time Production Leads.
N2 Communications is an ever-growing network of the world’s best freelance communicators—reporters, editors, writers, and producers from places like The New Yorker, The New York Times, The Economist, and National Public Radio. Working freelance gives them the freedom to pursue their creative endeavors. It also gives our clients the freedom to custom staff each project. Because no one should settle for less than a perfect fit.
Interested applicants should email their resume and cover letter to Chris Edmonds, senior editor and client lead, at email@example.com.
